The goal at Washington Ave was to move beyond basic updates and reimagine the property. We stripped back dated finishes to reveal an industrial aesthetic, letting the inherent charm shine through. Open ceilings, abundant windows, and modern design choices created inviting office spaces. Outdoor walkways and fresh landscaping offered inviting common areas. Perhaps most notably, a bold exterior mural became a signature statement for the project and reflected the revitalization of the neighborhood.
